The Korea Science Academy of KAIST receives applications from foreign students who show outstanding abilities and potentials in mathematics and science fields.

Eligibility: Students who

finished or will finish 9th grade by January 31, 2010
demonstrate excellent ability or high potential in the field of mathematics of science
are capable of communication in English
have nationality other than Korean (Korean nationals are not eligible)

Number of Students to be selected: Eighteen or fewer

Application period: ~ November 30, 2009

To fill application documents by hands, print this booklet on A4-size paper. We recommend to print it double-sided. This booklet contains the following five documents:

There are two different ways to fill the following four forms:

Open each form by Adobe Reader. It can be printed as is and then the printed copy can be filled by hand writing. Or it can be filled within Adobe Reader and then printed.
